New to here. Got a 4 stroke 33cc tried to adjust the valves after break in n now I can't get my motor back . tried so many things but ordered a new 49 cc flying horse 5g. ... Any help please .. And will the new motor fit my old set up... Thanks guys

Get rid of that POS un-adjustable dual chain 5G and get a 4G belt drive.

So I got one the 4g belt and the hausheng 49cc but I am only getting25 top speed. Just breaking it in but what might be my issue is it that box lawnmower style exhaust. Any ideas

There are couple things you can do.
Ditch that box exhaust and put a new pipe on, the 2-stoke pipes fit great, just buy the cheapest they sell, they have no emission crap in them.
A better an air-cleaner that lets it breath, get one that handles the Crankcase Ventilation.
Chrome Ventilation
If you want to go much faster with that little engine then use the bicycles gear with it.
I put a NuVinci CVT disc hub in the rear and that bike would do ~45mph.
sickbileparts.com has the air cleaner and you can get a cheap chrome anywhere.

I built a few 4-strokers on the Skyhawk GT gas tank frames that I modified with a welded on engine mount and then powder coated them with some really coal textures.
I had Don make me ten long shafts that reach the right side for the 4G and the 10G was born.
I love the feel of textured powder coating, there isn't a production bicycle in the world with textured powder coating so haveing it really sets you apart.
As for the carb I would think the carb will work but I've never tried one.

Those where only 'kind of' creative, it builds like this shifting electric rocket sled where I get really creative.
