Briggsbiker's custom exhaust

Check out the fishtail exhaust pipe hand crafted by Anthony, (briggsbiker). We started the engine today and dialed in the carb a little. Had a hard time at first because the crank key was sheared and it took us a while to realize.

It sounds so deep and throaty. We love it.

His final drive belt was a little too long, so we didn't get to ride the bike. Pep Boys was no help and all the local industrial suppliers were already closed for the weekend. Maybe tomorrow.

The kickstarter works great. Just need to secure it and maybe fab a stop at the bottom of the stroke.

Briggsbiker got to test drive the bike finally. Exhaust sounds better in person but its coming along great. check out this video

Sounds real nice. Bike is looking sweet as well. Just got My cushman parts catalog thinking about ordering the kickstart parts for a winter project..

I got my dot helmet today so I finally took it out for a ride! I rode to the barber shop and back about 12 miles round trip and it was a blast! I can't wait to go on a cruise with everyone!
