Anyone have a source for big t8f/8mm freewheel sprockets?

My vacation in Arizona ends this Friday. My bike, Snow Tiger, rests at home. It's ready to roll.

I also have my twin-engine project awaiting me.
 
No! I had a catastrophic transmission failure. The cover and housing are trashed! When it does run though its like a little 8speed dirt bike! Ive narrowed down why the mount plate dropped so hard was the pedal chain came up off and into the motor chain causing some pretty significant damage. The 74t I modified for the freewheel is not true enough causing a surge when hard on the band.

Maybe you need to make a 24t sprocket sandwich.
Circular discs OR taller sprockets on either sides of your 24t chainring sprocket..
