Another Spring Tensioner

I keep building Spring loaded tensioners until I get the one I like the best. I think I finally have it. I made it a plunger type so the spring is inside the steel sleeve. Sould work good as the plunger is brass and it also has a grease zerk. Have it on the bike but obviously can't try it out, or I should say don't want to try it out when the temp is around zero.

my god, if a spring tensioner can be sexy, the is the one. D@mn you do great work!

Thanks for the kind words. Since I retired I have alot of time to put into these projects. I don't even want to guess how many hours I have in the winter build. I was originally going to build it to sell but I don't think I am going to be able to part with it.

I agree!! Thats the most Handsome tensioner I have seen yet. Very nice work...two thumbs up (^)

Thanks Jim, being a machinist I really admire your work! I am also going to go to your site and order one of your clutch actuators. For what ever reason, the bike I built for my wife has a really stiff clutch. I want to get it as easy as I can for her. Yours definitly looks like the hot setup.
