Another intersting ebike kickstarter

Yes, it's too expensive for me and has limited range but the concept is pretty cool. What do you think of the chainless drive? They say they have overcome efficiency loss of normal geared drives. Seems like every day you see a new ebike concept, most don't go anywhere but it's exciting to see what is possible and what the future holds for electric transport.

Well...I wonder just what that enclosed drivetrain is. I'd worry if it was merely a worm gear driving a sprocket.

The 'fold' is neat. Makes a nice, small package. Which means that one could carry it on a bus or a train and then ride the last couple of miles. But I wonder if that bit of riding can compensate for all of that carrying. It might be simpler to walk.

I don't want to sound negative. It's a neat little machine. But it's a niche product; suitable only for urban, bike friendly environments in good weather.

I love it, think it's gorgeous, very smooth!

But a little pricy.

It does make me want to investigate building a low powered electric folder. Something to throw in the trunk of the car.
