Ill do that as it can double as a clutch at least this way I wont need to buy sprockets and adaptors for the rear wheel

These things are cool ive just found them on ebay yhea ill get one! Are they so big to allow for the fast rpm spinning motor?

It took a couple of hours looking back over the back pages but I found one of the links to Harry76's build. His main build page had the photos stored on Photobucket and when they did their, we are no longer free so pay us 100's of dollars or we won't show anyone you photos, his photos were locked out of the forum.

If you click on the photos on this thread they will enlarge themselves so you can make out a lot of what he did. Hope this helps.

If you look close at the picture of the Harley Velo posted.

You can see tabs holding belt rim on. I used pointed hinges strap, bent to hold a 24" bike rim on. It is bigger then a Whizzer rim, got the idea from MR.B and his "Excalibur 09" Build. Check it out also..........Curt Here is the link

The 2 colors that set these bikes apart from the rest are the ones painted grey with a little red trim and the black painted bikes with gold trim. The other colors just don't seem to have the same eye appeal

True I didint paint this one its still has old grease around certain parts I definetly thought the bronzy goldenish straps on tank lookd good Im gearing up to build a triumph next I think what sort of bike do you run mate?

Well done! Your having fun and thats what counts. What will bring your fun to a sudden painful stop is that motor side chain tensioner. LOOSE IT. When it fails, its effectively crowbar in the spokes. Other than that you got a good look'n runner!

Nice! Inovative problem solving with the saddle, and the forks look good to! One last thing to do. LOOSE that chain tensioner. When the bolt vibrates loose the first stop is the spokes.
