A Bright Motorized Bike

agreed
the BIG head makes the engine look huge.
i use a DOT helmet, have my reg/sticker and try to blend in.
no problems so far.
i use the stock slant head with a thinner copper head gasket.
will your hp gain be worth the $$ and hassle ?
thought about a pipe but the noise, hassle and $$ just did not justify the gain over stock....

Naw, horsepower increase is likely offset by the extra 8lbs of weight. Lol.
Looks like I'm running a 125cc now. He he. I like the stock look and I find all the add ons are too much work also. Im with ya stock is good. Plus going 25 mph on a
bike is plenty for my sensibilities.

i get 34 level ground, tucked in, all stock with 40t sprocket on 26X2.125 tires.
that's loud and vibrating.
26mph is the smoooooth sweet spot and where you'll find me.

Thats smaller then the stock head, sand the stock head if you dont wanna spend more. This head looks better tho.

That chain would look good imo.

Thanks, its a glowing bike for sure. Yeah that's the problem Jerry, every time I come up with a new Idea or get inspired by someone's build I have to start wrenching in my shop on a new build. Too addicting for sure. I got 2 more going right now I'm not done with and stalled out for parts and time or just trying to figure out how to overcome a build obstacle or trying decide the best way to go without messing up. I do not like redoing things I didn't do correct on a bike.
here is one I'm stuck on for the moment
