this is my new sprocket from Jim at Creative Engineering
what a nicely machined piece of work ;)
(thanks Jim, this is a very cool addition to my bike :))
it is a 72 toother !!!
I will be using it on my new stretch build
I need the huge torque for pulling the trailer up big hills where I live
(the girls are NOT getting smaller ;))

1st pic is the 72T beside a stock 44T that comes in most kits
next 2 pics are opposing sides of the sprocket showing that the lightening holes are counter-sunk on both sides :)
last pic shows mounted on my new HD Husky coaster (12ga spokes)
...to make the chrome coaster match my front drum wheel (black rim), I sanded the rim with 220 wet/dry and taped all 36 spokes, painted with dupli-color satin black engine enamel

Reaperz,
cb-110 (1.524")
tell Jim/Karen you are using the big spokes
(the mount pattern is bigger to clear the spokes)
Jim said he uses the OCC mount pattern ;)

nice piece...jim does great work...i just recieved my sproket and hub adapter and man do they look great...got them quickly too

With the price of aluminum, Jim sure goes to a lot of work to keep a little extra dust....

:p

Looks great..

I get in enough trouble poppin the front end up with just the 50 toother.

I would be a certified menace with that thing....king like a trials bike....hmmm

the speed limit here in AZ is only 20mph :(
even with a 56T, I was only using about half of the throttle to keep the speed down
this will enable me to use the full range of the Q-Matic's (EZM 4cycle) capabilities and not get in trouble :)

Wow! That resembles the blade on my tablesaw, just a different tooth profile.
With the torque you are gonna get, I bet that you could climb a telephone pole with it!

that sprocket is SIKK!

when i lived in Tucson, i always thought the 20mph limit was fair and good enough. but out here, the limit is 30mph. wow what a difference that extra 10mph makes, especially when you gotta be someplace. xct2

do you have pics of your new stretch someplace? or are you doing a step-by-step install w/pics?

speciallized crossroads armadillo... kevlar belted and hard wearing rubber
(3500+ miles on 'em and they still look new)
it was on the jag :)
the front drum wheel will be going to the stretch as well, that's why I painted the new coaster rim ;)

With that size sprocket you will be able to climb the side of a building provided you have the traction. Wow....
That thing looks great. Jim does nice work.

Jim

Amazing. Looking at the pics, did think it was brand new.

Sprocket is gonna look sweet turning.

I did clean the tires with soft-scrub in anticipation of it going on the stretch
cleaned up the oil from the chain on the side-walls nicely :)
