49cc huasheng 4 stroke transmition problem

ok so heres the deal, i found a "brand new" 2012 huasheng mb kit with the new belt drive clutch, i go it off of a guy on craigs for a fairly good deal. when i got home, the clutch didnt seem right, so i took it apart and realized that the guy before me didnt assemble it right and messed up a few things ( cracked that brass colored part and lost the key, refer to the video to know what im talking about)

does anyone know where else i can get it and would they help me install it? (this is my first time using a 4 stroke)
 
thanks, the bushing in mine is stuck... i cant seem to get it out... any ideas on how to remove it?

Beat it with a hammer? Kind of. Get a socket the same size as the bushing and tap it gently with a hammer. If it's still attached to the engine, lube it with penetrating oil and gently pry from opposite side (using two flat blade screwdrivers) alternating the prying positions. I didn't watch the vid so I'm just guessing the condition.
