A whole year to plan for next years 5th Annual Midwest Scarecrow Run. The event will take place in London Mills, IL at 307 W Harrison St on June 8, 2019. Get it marked on your calendars now.

A 50+ mile ride through rural central Illinois on quiet blacktop road. A meal provided after the ride. More details to come.........

Guess I need to get on the ball and finish my Stihl carb & manifold project. Jordan needs to be 'pushed' a little bit! brnot

How much does it cost? I'm new to the bike racing world. I don't know much. It'll be just me and my wife.

Don't cost anything other then your time and gas to get here. It's a nice ride and my wife and I will provide an after ride BBQ dinner and drinks. Just make sure your bike is up to a minimum 50 miles of riding. Hope to see you and your wife here.

Well...only around 8 weeks to go. Hope everyone is gearing up to come do the Scarecrow Run. A lot of riding...a little food and beer...a fun day hanging out with fellow riders. Mark your calendar and plan to attend.

We are sad you missed it to. We will be looking forward to you riding with us on our big 5th annual ride. Going to be a great time!

My new ride for Scarecrow 2019.

Also thanks to bluegoatwoods and his wife for joining us and riding alongside on their scooters one year.

Last year was our best year with 14 riders. Hoping to beat last years participation and make Scarecrow 5 the best yet. Come join us!

It's up in the air whether or not I will be there. Need to get a bottom end case w/ seals before the meet. Blew one out and fixed several issues from last year. Need to get it back together and greased up, but it's been on the back burner since last years meet.

Awesome! Have no doubt you will get it ready to rip up the blacktop!
Been a hot second since I worked on the bike. Hopefully it's... well... Like riding a bike. LOL Just gonna slap it together properly, but ain't gonna look pretty. Just be functional. Back to the whole 14:1 compression on 110 octane.

When your fast...you don't have to look good! I once lost a 1/4 mile car race. I was driving my pretty 77 Pontiac Trans-Am with hopped up 6.6. Got my butt kicked by an old rusted out Ford Galaxy 500 station wagon. Guy intentionally kept that wagon ugly to entice people like me to race him. Didnt know till after I raced him he was punching over 400hp and even had nitrous setup. It was quite embarrasing to lose to a rusted out grocery getter station wagon.lol

Hoping to have my full size AWD sedan at the meet. She currently is around 400awhp and will be around 450 when the meet is if I can make it haha. I'll show ya a sleeper
