I bought a 4 stroke kit and the mounting bracket doesnt allow the motor to fit. the motor itself fits perfectly in the bike frame on top of the mounting bracket , but the screw holes are misaligned. Im thinking of just drilling new screw holes in the bracket, but I can only drill 2 out of the 4 because i would drill right through one of the screw holes for mounting the bracket to the frame. Can i just make a new bracket entirely from scratch? a fast and simple one?

yes! Angle iron or bed frame and some muffler clamps.Maybe Check this pictures .. front and back will have a small section of angle iron bolted to them . Then drill holes for muffler clamps to attach to frame. Place clamp between frame and angle iron.Then connect rather U from to the clamp
