Settin up the braces on the front of the forks
Inside of the forks cleaned up with flapper disk
The inside of of fork tubes cut down the middle for wheel and spring lever movement and clearance..shaped 1/8" flat to fill the inside of the fork
Handlebars in place ..these help to keep the forks in alignment...dummy spring in place for lenght before I get the spring made
Settin up the braces on the front of the forks
Front wheel sitting with the rocker in place...make sure it sitting correct..before going and further
Handle bars are 7/8" and have been set up in jig to weld sleeves in place for the forks.....have also welded cross tubes for pivots for the mechanical
Welding in outside fork ends...simple jig to hold every thing in place
