Almost finished. Since it runs, I can now solder the wiring and seal the magneto.
The down tube on the bike has a 1 3/8" diameter. The molded motor mount was 1 ¼" in inside diameter. Using a file and the dremel, it wasn't hard to
Motor and rear wheel mounted. The wheel is a 36 spoke, the rag joint went together pretty easily.
Hanging in my sling, ready for installation.
