Hi Jordan, my thought too! 2022 or Bust. The proposed Route 66 route is interesting. When my son was living and working in Springfield, Ill. some of our route paralleled Rt66, flat as flapjacks down there.

Yes, we had a very small gathering here in Iowa last year due to the craziness of the Pandemic. Off the cuff and unannounced with just myself, a couple locals, and "brown" from Illinois. (btw, it is quite scenic here but otherwise not the good quality flat lazy country roads to ride on like in Illinois...!)
And this year was also (graciously) organized practically spontaneously by brown, but he is planning on going bigger next year with plenty of pre-ride promotion. Imma looking forward to it already and also seeing more old friends from the previous rides- So stay tuned!
