Was curious to see if any one had some insight as to whats the biggest size engine I can put in an 04 schwinn occ chopper before i have to start cutting up the frame. 14.5 bottom tube.

Based on google searches, it looks like you can add a 79cc predator 4t.
The big HT 2t will also fit.

Builders that installed the 212cc engine stretched the frame, which required welding.

Would I be able to fit something close to 200cc if I delete the seat tube?

I had one of those frames in the basement for the longest time trying to figure something out..I remember the cranks being an issue of some sorts.. I have one of those Honda 160 that looks like it would fit in one.

Dont get rid of the seat tube unless you plan to replace it with some steel stock of a different shape.
