Gill you will learn how to make the bike better by reading all you can here on the forum. Just about everyone has some kind of problem when they start. If your engine is new it will get better after break in, it may take 200 miles. I would check the head for flatness and look for air leaks, also try running without the muffler end cap as a test. You can find out a lot by experimenting.

Did you try removing the muffler end cap and do a test run? If it’s running too rich that will help, a lot of the new mufflers are very restricted, they have a series of baffles in them. A good pipe makes a world of difference.

ok i will try that today also i was told to clean the carburetor and bend that float thing a bit inside because it still drips out of air filter

well i took off that end cap from exhaust and cleaned carburetor, i think i got a bit more speed but it still stalled at 1/2 up the hill in front of my house like it did before.

What fuel mixture are you using? 24/1 is what I have found to be good for a new engine, I switch to 32/1 after about 200 miles.

This setup will make you bike run rich on flats and come into power going up VERY steep hills.

Remove the baffle inside the muffler
Switch to 32:1 fuel oil
Move the needle clip on NT carb down one notch.

With the end cap off of the muffler look inside, most have a baffle. One of the newer mufflers I have had the stinger going from the cap down over half way through the muffler. I cut the tube off just inside the cap.

8 oz. per gallon is way more oil than you need, I run mine at 4oz to a gallon or 32/1 after break in. I’ve been running that mix since 2011 with good oil for air cooled engines.
