is that 26 have an extended frame ?

Yes, a Sixthreezero with the extended frame with the 7-speed. Do not get one with a multi-speed shifter you need
a single-speed for the build. I ordered a single and got a 7 and it's small bearings in the cassette can't handle
the torque and speed. The wheels have #14 spokes on double-wall rims and a fella needs #12 or #11 spokes.

Forget these bikes I doubt that there is room for the engine and the multi-speed cassettes cannot handle the
engine power. Even if you get the 1" hub adapter to lock down on the dinky hub it will tend to turn against the
spokes which probably are #14 spokes. I did find a way to lock down the hub adapter but after about 500
miles a bearing on the cassette failed. The bearings are too small for that engine torque.

the adjustable cnc mount that was included w the 212 kit didnt fit ? The description says will fit some 26 w short head but a 29 fits fine. theres just not many cool cruiser type bikes out there that are steel at 29 withough out being over 400

The Micargi 29" bike was my original choice but could never get one since they were out of stock for several months.
The frame should be a good one with plenty of room for the engine. Make sure you get one with the coaster-brake
system to build on the bike. The best kits are the 79cc engine kits. You need to be ready to spend over 1k to put
the 212cc on a bike even if the engine fits. The frames are just not meant to handle the 212cc even though they are
steel frames.

The problem here is yall aint usin the carbon steel bearings used in the more expensive (spank, dt swiss, sram, etc) enduro mtb hubs. It's easier to modify dropouts for a 12mm through axle than it is to find a hub with bearings any stronger. On another plus side, the bearings are sealed. Those bearings need to be able to handle 35mph over rocks, roots, and jumps, so they are built particularly robust. Those bearings are swapped out once per every five rimsets, or once every five winning runs.

yeah i would only use a steel frame. however my real concern is the inner dimensions of the frame ive seen people fit them into cranbrook frames and worksman bikes. ive been looking into this frames. theyre similar to what phantom was using before they went electric http://www.cdhpower.com/gt-c-gas-frame-w-fuel-tank-3-4l-black.html

That frame is well know to support a 212. You can get that frame for much less slightly smaller gas tank. Google "skyhawk frame".
