Mire bogging issues

Ok so no I'm no rookie built many worked on all but I'm dummiefied here so ajusted clutch replaced rear wheel rebuilt the hub on it and Frankensteined a stock carb together to stop it from leaking allso put a hard tunless on rear now it won't gain power or speed it just plain doesn't want to go

I would check what you did to the carb, that’s probably where the problem is.

Me too. Most likely float level.
