Sorry if I posted in the wrong section, so I have a pretty sweet cruiser, but I can't make it drive yet because I have no idea how the heck I'm gonna make the output shaft spin clockwise to make the bike go forward instead of backwards

You see the engine is mounted backwards it just doesn't fit the other direction. I wish it did because i'd just run a jackshaft then be done. it's a 208cc clone it's supposedly 7hp and the sprocket is a 29 tooth #420

Anyone have any suggestions? I don't wanna make a super complicated plate and several gear setup, I just want the thing to spin the opposite direction and still look slick

any suggestions are appreciated!

But what about the oil won't I need to fill it more? That can't be good for the engine if the Piston is meant to run horizontal
500hrs is not a typo. That's about 13000 miles. The engine will be the least of your worries. I seen every problem. highest hour predator you're likely to see.

It's not stock either. It's been ridden hard and fast WOT with high compression and no cooling shroud all this time even in hot summer temps.

Wow that's impressive. Ok well I'll try to do that then it'll definitely save me a lot of time and cash

Nope I tried just about any way possible and it only fits the way it is or upside down but I really would prefer to not run it upside down and I'd probably need to mount the carburetor awkwardly

Hey everyone , im new here and i have a thruster..... It supposed to have been an easy mount on.... but im stuck....... my rear tire has 2 rear sprockets... Now how do i go by putting that rear sprocket when it has a fixed sprocket already on there? Can someone help me out here.

I'm pretty sure there's a section for fixies. Your best bet is to Google "fixie motorized bike" or something along those lines
Not my specialty and also the wrong place to post. but it's fine

You might be able to remove that fixed sprocket and just mount it like normal not really sure

If you can I'd just mount the kit's sprocket over top of it and leave the fixed one still mounted

Hate to say it almost as much as you'll hate reading it. But would just dich the frame.

The other answer is a sprocket directly driving another sprocket to reverse direction and thanjack-shafting over to the left side. That whould cost a lot more than another frame, be complicated and have more considerations and things to go wrong.

Beautiful bike. A 2 stroke kit would work on her... Just sayin'

Might get lucky at a trift store and snag a bike missing a spke or pedal and get a great frame for 10, twenty bucks.

Just better to regroup and attack from a new point, some times.

Ride safe!

Yeah I was thinking about doing that anyways because I've tried about everything already and couldn't figure it out. I'll get a bigger frame

I do admire how hard ya tried to get it to work! Maybe a small consolation, but this frame will come in handy down the road. Even if ya just need to scavenge parts or trade stuff.
