Nel Lusso 4-Stroke Huashengtai Motorized Bike

Make sure to use LockTite on those crank nuts, they are cheap and I had one come loose on be and lost the nut. After LockTite they were fine.
My left side crank pedal arm keeps coming loose even when I use LockTite, so frustrating! Anyone know of a good quality wide crank conversion set?

My left side crank arm the bolt that holds it on the crank shaft keeps coming loose, so frustrating!! Anyone know a fix or a better wide crank convers set to replace this crappy one?

I think I also put Locktite on the tapered part of the crank and then hammered the crank arm on with a brass hammer so it was wedged on good before Locktiting the nut on. Min has not come loose so far.

Will have to try that before buying a new one, Thanks!

Took off the stock Hushaeng box muffler, gong to replace it with an old 2 stroke exhaust my friend gave me.

Here is the 2 stroke exhaust installed on the 4 stroke Hushaeng engine. Tone of engine is a little lower and it feels like I got a some low end power, not much just a little. I tried it with the end of the muffler off but it was a bit to loud for me so I put it back on. Thinking of getting some flex pipe to make my own exhaust, a future mode perhaps.

I would think the outlet would be to small for a 4 stroke, to restrictive, Just my thought.............Curt
Your correct it is smaller but by 1 millimeter or less, or just about. Lol here is a comparison photo of the stock 4 stroke box exhaust outlet compared to the 2 stroke exhaust outlet.

Responding to your post #21: I had the same issue with my crank arm coming off & it always seemed to be miles from home. I Locktited, I wrenched it on tight, I used lock nuts, nothing worked. One day, I took the arm off & looked at it closely. Casting flash was preventing it seating correctly. Needle files to the rescue and solved my issue. Hope my experience is helpful.

Either the float is sticking, or need cleaning, maybe set ti high...........Curt[/QUOTE

Thanks for the reply! Because of the colder weather I guess my float was sticking. So I lifted my rear end of the bike about half a foot up and dropped which loosened the float lol. Don't know much about these engines, but I'm learning :-)

Ok I need a solid wide crank, arms, sprocket etc. for my Nel lusso Motorized bike. Needs to replace the one that came with the kit and sealed would be nice. Definitely needs to be durable! Any suggestions, inf, etc.will be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
