Cleaning SPB Air Filter

How do I clean my SPB standard ADA racing filter? I've had it several years and have never cleaned it so I'm thinking it's probably time. Thx!

I've always washed my filters in just a coffee can with some dish soap.

"NOTE: NEW NEWS This filter IS cleanable. Just follow the the instructions for a K&N or S&B type filter, clean, DRY WELL and re-oil"
