Brooks B33's are good saddles. I don't think you'd go wrong with one of those

No way I could have my seat back that far with the back seat/rack. Looks like a smooth ride thogh

In your case, you could bolt the batteries where the engine resides. As for where the ladies would sit, I have no polite way of saying it on this forum so you will have to use your imagination here
