Information
There will be trophies and lots of prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place

(prizes will be announced at the race). This class will be a very competitive

and limited class that has lots of rules and regulations. We only have 20

spaces for this class available and will require specific pre-qualifying

criteria’s to be met. To have this class run solo meaning just motorized

bicycles, it requires a minimum of 10 riders. If these criteria are not met we

will have to run the class with one of the moped family classes similar to

last year’s event. We encourage the best riders and motorized builds

(meeting the spec class) to show up and have fun with the moped family

and friends.

Have fun! .wee.

Where do you read 4 strokes will be allowed? What I posted above (previous page) is what I read.....

.....I won't be there anyway so it really doesn't matter ;)

I contacted the promoter via email and he stated the 4 strokes will be with the unlimited mopeds.

I would assume the morinis will be with the unlimeted mopeds also. assuming sucks

JNM motors which is a sponsor of the event set the rules for the china class.

So four stroke motorized bicycles run unlimited class. Got it.
Is there a displacement limit in the unlimited class or is it unlimited?
Still limited to bicycle tires in the unlimited class?
Hope these are not dumb questions.

Hey Pat,

Are you considering going to this event? I have always wanted to see your bikes in the flesh, and meet the builder.

I was not planning on going. I've seen some of those unlimited mopeds and my 4 stroke at 190cc's and no governor (maybe 8hp?) can not even keep close to those guys. But if you were going, I would want to go, just to meet one of the masters.

Hi Gilbert,
I would consider it. Just need to know how to prep the bikes and then find the time to squeeze it in. Bonneville remains our first priority, though.

Gotsta git you's a Moped Army jacket! :D
nope. i'm going in as an independent. but i do have a vintage "team kriedler" and a "team puch" patch. don't have the bikes, though... :)

probably gonna build up a racer with a minarelli motor.

and i've got a line on a complete 60's harley/aermacci m50 with a spare motor. just need a backhoe to unbury it out of a buddy's hoarder garage...
