No kidding. I think my price is fair which makes me think there's a "1" missing in front of that 350! The drum brake, Monarch fork, KW tensioner, etc. would part out better than $350.
 
That is a heck of a great deal for that bike........should be an instant sale at that crazy low price! The frame alone without paint and tank conversion is worth $350. Yeah.......WoW!

...and yet no inquiries on my 1903 at $200. Perhaps he really needs to sell fast? About $120 in gas there and back for me and 12 hours on the road. Dang....

I have too much stuff in my garage right now, so I'm trying to sell this one.
I still have my Nirve bike, and would like to do more with it.
If the Felt doesn't sell, I'll try to part it out.
