Its a monster!! Got bolt fitted snug! The torque converter works perfectly- just hope the mikuni carb gives me control over my speed because this carb is wild and revs harddddddd.

Im going to add a curved copper pipe out of the 1" opening of the exhaust

I have 13 inches of clearance from the bottom cross bar to crankcase so if I stretch the frame 7 inches and then bring the U bar 3-4 inches down from the crank to have like 17 inches of
clearance.

I want the nostalgia and frame style of the bike attached!

Seriously anota everything looks great. That mikuni....watch your rpms! Over rev and the rod could give way...unless you can attatch the governor to that carb...otherwise, consider a cheap tac.

Does the throttle arm have several holes along its length?....

Actually not entirely sure on that one, but others here may have a very good answer for yoir question on the governor question or limiting over-revving.

Just buy a cheap tack. This is the one I used. Works great, and it helps you keep track of when to change your oil . Also if you were running a fixed gear ratio, Like the AGK jackshaft kit. It also works as a speedo.

I think the best would to be limit the travel of the throttle so you can't over rev it. Put a stop or fix the cable so to limit the travel...............Curt

thatll cut down on my top speed right? Im not looking to do 50 or anything maybe 40 tops so that might be a win win to rig up

Im going to snag that tack! Now looking for lay back seat post, throttle/ throttle cable, and gas tank. Any suggestions? I might have a glass pack muffler welded for my tank

I would like to get a shaft for the torque converter that can run the chain straight to the rear sprocket. Has anyone done this before?!

That setup you have should have a shaft on it just a matter of getting a longer one and maybe a extra bearing,maybe take it apart and find out............Curt

This is a gps speedo with a tach....cheap!

Didnt even no it but thats the one I have. Its not a gps it has a cable with a little unit that goes around the front hub and shows your speed and rpms

Well perhaps you can wire it up to your engine as well.it appears to need a set final drive ratio to determine the engine rpm anota.

Has anyone welded a frame with one of the HF flux migs? I would get lincoln wire and absolutly slam the connections with material. It would also give me the ability to do tanks, forks, and seat posts. Just want to know if if my frame would be solid enough

anota I have a flux core wire welder from HF....it spatters a great deal and does nodt in my opinion create a nice strong weld... etter a gas flux mig, a stick (arc) welder or better yet a tig welder....just wouldn't trust a flux core for that job.

Just spend a few bucks more and get a mig with the gas hook up. The welds are so much better than a flux core. And no beating the slag off your welds either.

so very true ,i have had my SP100 for close to 30 years now and wouldn't part with it for anything.............Curt[
