Custom Sprocket Adapter

Need help with my Pirate Cycles Custom Sprocket Adapter, I have 44 teeth and I want to install a 40, Pirate do not have available,the question is will it work with Manic Mechanic Sprocket will someone has it and has made the change?Thank's

I did it for the manic adapter, got a standard 9 hole 40 tooth sprocket, centered it and drilled the bolt holes. if you measure carefully you can get it almost perfect.

Measure 15 times, drill once.

The large manic bolt pattern is identical to the pirate adapter. I have both.

I still prefer making my own from a STEEL sprocket. IF you don't get the alighnment PERFECT on an aluminum sprocket it wears out FAST. PERFECT is kinda hard to do.but not impossible.
