My mb seems to like almost stop running mid ride. It like slows down and stops producing power and speed if I go over like 10mph which it barely does. It will (by itslef) just stop producing power and go back down to like 7mph then go back up to ten mph then it keeps doing this my whole ride. Whats the deal?

Check your fuel flow to the carb simple stuff first. See if it dribbles out of the fuel line to the tune of 100 mile to the gallon or so.

Is the choke lever on the side of the carburator pointed down?

Try loosening or removing the gas cap to see if it solves the problem.
Your gas cap vent hole may be blocked causing vacuum lock.

There is a screen in the petcock attachment at the fuel tank famous for accidentally falling apart. When if this happens it can subsequently clog up the tiny passage way in the petcock on/off valve. Hose clamps are not gonna fix that if flow is compromised? Might see if your problem matches the conversation in this thread?
