well the event is nearing and I'm looking for a truck as my best friend sold his. I asked a good friend if I rebuilt his front end if I could have his truck April 6th. and 7th., that the length I'll go through to go to for the Grange Event it's that much fun. the high point of the MB hobby if a bike runs good at the track it's good in street traffic. Racing makes for better MB -that's how the good stuff comes to be D.I.Y. leads to mods, kits and better tuning tricks.

Racers are the R&D department of the MB sport

Ditto,

I could buy a truck, but my Kia Rio car stills rolls. Before each race, I take it into the shop to have a little maintenance done. Better to have 4 e-bikes and cheapie car rather than the truck.

Love the curves on those Rust bikes.

I'm more ready than the picture looks, let's roll!!

(Neil, I'm keen on racing in the small motors class.)

The famous team of Bigboy is coming to the April 7th race again
all the way from Placerville.

If you missed their exquisitely crafted bikes at the last Oct race
you gotta catch them this time .. .. ... :grin5:

Bigboy is building up some new racers so they will be selling off
some parts from their last builds at the Grange track.
So bring a few bucks to pick up some deals on quality parts.

Bigboy said:
Springer forks, NEW and used
NEW Sturmey Archer front brake drums
NEW Tires sets in red, sets in white
Complete wheels (F&R) from DOUBLE TROUBLE
with drum front and our hub with coaster brake
and "grubee" sprocket. and and and

Looking forward to April 7th!!!
We will bring two bikes in "semi race" configuration that should perform a bit better
than our versions from last time at Grange:
#16 Bigboy Timm Chonda 50cc class
#17 Bigboy Roland Chonda mid-class

After riding the Grange track at dusk and watching a few videos of the Riverside track, I have to say the grange track looks a lot more fun and has better features and turns. The Adams kart track seems like it has all straights and hairpins. I'm sending you an email today and grabbing the same number #101.

Grange Motor Circuit rocks!!! :D
only 5 hair pin turns at Grange 4- 90*'s and 1- 135* witch is my fave to crash on, it's a little to slick there to power through but I tried one too meany times . the 900+ft. straight is slightly up hill you're not going to out run this track, heads up riding and good tires are a must
Grange is a mad dog, that will bite !!! All in all a fun day
dance1dance1dance1
see ya in the pits

Looking forward to this race too.

Bringing the 49cc 4-stroke Honda
Planning to bring a second bike, 196cc, for the <11 hp class. AGK has been a huge help, but with less than a month to put it together it's challenging!

Hoping to keep the bike(s) upright, but not sure about the big thumper this time.

It's going to be a blast!

See you guys on Friday where we are going to have a special feature of
some moon light track cruising. Probably will be a one time event that will
not be repeated.
If you missed checking out BigBoyCycles.com unique bikes last October, they
are a must see in person treat for the motored bike enthusiast!

ArrowMotorizedCycles.com has cast some really cool aluminum #1 trophies
for the class winners.

We have 12 hours of track time so stick around to run the Grange track
in reverse at the end of the day after the trophy awards.

Roland bending one of Granges corners.....
