Here's a list for my 1st build on a Pacific 26" w/18" post tube:

RAW 50cc kit
SBP aluminum head gasket
SBP bronze fuel filter
SBP Viton carb o-ring
SBP SD jack-shaft kit
BBU HD front engine mount
BBU grd 8 allen-head engine kit
BBU aluminum exhaust gasket
NGK plugs in 5,6 & 7 heat ranges
gasket match/port & polish intake/exhaust
new fuel petcock

Parts to follow at a later date:

Hiflo air cleaner (deleted)
Expansion pipe
CNS carb (deleted)
BBU dual brake lever w/throttle/kill switch
Boost bottle (deleted)
DAX RT carb (added)

Additions? Substitutions? Comments?

Haha! Yeah, I've been up late most of the week pounding this build list out and sifting through all the threads, links and vendors.

PS-Dude, I know what you mean about the goatheads. Slime is my best friend.
 
I would forget the boost bottle, get the Jaguar CDI, and dellorto main jets to fine tune the carb. read the reviews about the cns carb before you buy
 
Man I must'a been tired when I read this post lol . Tuned pipe good. Don't bother with the boost thingy.

Yeah slime rules the day in these parts!;)
