one minute running fine, the next...

49 slanthead. running fine for about the first half mile. Suddenly quits and won't start again. Pretty sure it's not a fuel problem. All wires are connected correctly and secure. What would be suddenly causing no spark?
 
Both good suggestions, but as it turns out...
The spark plug gap was completely bridged, plugged with sludge from the rich break in mixture. Cleaned plug, starts right up.
 
WOW! That must have been some break-in mixture! Imagine what it's doing to your rings and exhaust baffle!
