Frame identification help needed

Today the guy who does all my powder coating gave me two old frames that someone left there a long time ago.
I have no idea what they are but they look real kewl. One is a 26" & the others a 20". They both are from the same maker.
I figure Baird might know what they are... Anyone else know anything about them???

The first three pics are the 26", the last three are the 20".

Don't know. Serial numbers might help someone at CAB along with the photos. At least they would probably have an idea of the company that made the frames... Cleveland Welding for example, if not the seller of the finished bikes. Whatever they are, yes very cool. Wish I had a powder coat guy near me...

Now I just have to find out what years they are?
I'll look for any numbers today when I get to the shop.

not too sure. i'd have to do some looking around. i'm guessing they're 50's frames, judging by the reverse dropouts and the welds, but i'm not positive.

can't beat the price, though!
 
Looks like my 1949-1950 Monark Rocket 26". It'll have a model number under the crank tube. Here's a pic of mine....

One thing I noticed is its different down tube behind the seat. (mabye different year?)

i'm still thinking 50's, just because of the pinched and tacked rear drop-outs. hawthorne made that design up until 1960 or so.

while i was doing a quick search for old Hawthornes, i found this cool picture:
