What id the best way to stretch the frame?

Those forks are really Cool! PM me I have a question to ask you about them, bars and steering stem too.

Finally got a chance to work on the bike again. I drilled a 1 1/8" hole in the pedal crank housing to weld the 1 1/8 tubing welded to the 1' tubing. Added 8" of 1" tubing to stretch the frame and used black pipe inside for support to the existing frame tubing. Drilled 1/4" holes on each side to plug weld to both the existing frame and extension pieces. Everything is now tacked in place, ready for finish welding. Will still need to fabricate the engine mounts.

Hello Zoom. Your project could be similar to mine. I started with a Worksman frame as well. Here is a pic I based a lot of my dimensional decisions on. As I recall I stayed pretty faithful to the original dimensions, scaled back about an inch due to the my intended wheel size. View attachment 95524
