so im thinking of doing a motorized bike project. im not too sure i want to go traditional and do a regular bike. i want something that is a nice relaxed cruiser. i love the way recumbents have that lean back feeel. anyways, this was the first recumbent i rode and it reminded me of what a motorcycle without and engine would be like. tell me what you think

That would be a sweet comfortable ride. You could but the engine under the seat and strap the gas tank to the back of the seat.

Sure it can!
...the more weight you get to the rear, the less you will have on your main control though.

k ive studdied n can name that hybrid. its a pocket bike or chinese scotter or such swing arm with a front of a kids push scooter with a homemade seat. thats how i got into bicycles cause the cops give us problems with our crazy toys so now we just look at em and say what its a regularly functioning bicycle here get on and peddle lol.
so to answer your question yes it can be motorized and yes you should lol .duh.

It's a recumbent bike called a rebike. I've seen a few listed on craigslist and thought it would make a cool project.
