Looking for a hub motor with rim for custom project. 20 inch to 26 inch rim, 800 or more rated watts, brushless preferred, 36v-48v preferred. My budget is around $100 to $150. I don't need controllers or any other parts.

By complete rear kit do you mean with controller and other parts? Either way I think you have a deal. I get paid on the 15th or 16th.

Sold. I'm going to be using 80v through a kelly controller, so if you have any use for the controller and any other parts I only need the motor. I'm getting paid the evening of the 15th or morning of the 16th. How much will shipping be?
