That would be an Apple Krate. And it's awesome, even though it looks like someone set the seat on fire.
I had one back in the early 80's. I took it apart to rebuild, threw everything in a box, then moved, leaving it at my brothers house. He then cleaned out the garage a few months later and chucked it.
