Tired to the junk that comes with the kits? Ever peddle home because the motor chain won't stay on the cheap chain idler? Check this out! I can make these to fit most frames. They DON'T move. About 25.00 without Roller. USA Steel. Made in Texas.

I don't see how the proper twist and bend could be achieved in order to line up the roller. I actually REMOVED material from my stock idler, no problems.

If you have access to a welder weld it on I dont use an Idler pully less drag on the final drive= more speed

There is a channel milled into the inside of the mount. Works on most thin tube cruisers like Schwinn Del Mar. It has Been laser aligned but may need adjustment. It won't come loose tho! We put it on a tube of the same diameter and the tube failed.Used a 36" pipe wrench! I installed the one in the pic on a Del Mar and tried to make it fail. Could not do it.
