Who likes compression seats posts??

I have one and it works fairly well. I like the fact it is easily adjustable. Takes the "bite" out of a rigid frame. Works better than most sprung saddles(except the older long spring seats). I would say its somewhere in the middle between a totally rigid set up and a frame with rear suspension.

Only down side for me is I'm inseam challenged and the post is a bit higher than I like at its lowest point.

Well? who likes em?? and why?
Despite the odd feeling of sinking when you mount the bike I like them.
I would rather keep the shock from hitting the fame (front shock forks) but if it does the seat post shock is nice.

This was my luxury ride a few years back and it had a seat post shock as well as front shocks.
It was like riding on air ;-}

That build had the Nuvinci fully programmable DEV shift kit on it, hence the bag on the back for the electronics.

Anyway, if you want a luxury ride, a seat post shock helps.
