Where did all of the 48 cc bike motor kits go?

Im interested in picking up a 48cc Grubee Skyhawk, but they are sold out everywhere? What is the reason here?

no usa bike motors .com which is a dealer here in tucson sold out due the reason of the epa plus they get the order in time

You can get grubee skyhawk motors from piston bike in simi valley, california. We buy them over the counter. They are on this Forum with an advertisement. Good Luck

i got my Skyhawk a week ago from Kingsmotors.com and i ordered a different motor than what they gave me....oh well thank you Kingsmotors...lol

I think the 2010 Federal Clean Air Act might have made them illegal to import.
