Where can you buy turn signals

Need information where to buy a turn signal kit for a 2008 whizzer.

I would start by searching for them on e-bay, a friend I work with has a vintage moped he is restoring. He has found a lot of what he needed on e-bay.

Will the horn and lights work on a 2008 whizzer work with the key on without the motor running?The lights and horn work great but the motor has to be running,

You are right-on jbcruisin the battery was bad,
Went to Battery Plus and bought a UB1213 12VOLT 1.3 AH and every things works perfect.Waiting on my Whizzer turn signal kit you told me about and I will be ready to ride.
