where can i buy a smaller sprocket?

You can check several of the vendors on the sides. Several of them sell sprockets. Some also sell hub adapter/ sprocket combos.
 
i prefer pirate cycles sprocket adapter,lots of dif. sizes and can do a sprocket change in minutes.i run 40t on the drifter 66 cc motor and a 36t on my occ, my scruffy runs factory stock 44t.drifter prob fastest,no speedo on it, scruffy hits top end at about 30mph,vid cool
