when is it to low?

    What kinda frame did you use ... Is it a named brand or is it custom ?

    I think low should be measured on seat height from the ground.

    It is where you're going to be sitting afterall.

    If you really want to make it low, you just need shorter pedals so that you can lower the bike more as you'll have more clearance to work with with the short pedals.
