If I had the dough and enough time, I'd easily drop four figures without even thinking about it. Items like this can be extremely valuable if you have the time to put into restoring them. I mean, like, brand-new-Harley + valuable in some cases. I'd have it checked out by a professional before selling or buying it, though. Someone who knows a lot more than I do about old motorcycles.

It looks like a lawn ornament to me. It is made up of a random bunch of parts, some not even motorcycle related, not a specific motorcycle as a whole. I would value it to be a couple hundred dollars at best.
 
Well, it does look like a motorcycle frame with hay reaper wheels and an old tractor seat stuck on. Tank looks like early 50s maybe, "Engine" looks like two car springs set on something.
 
It may be worth a few bucks as "folk art" or even as a nice lawn ornament.
It's made of Harley fat bob tanks, maybe a cut Harley frame, and a bunch of other "stuff". At the right auction it may bring 500 dollars.
 
Somethings really worth what someone else will pay for it-

nothing demonstrates this better than bike stuff on ebay!

It's an interesting decoration at least and i'd give it a coat of paint to keep it rom rusting. I'm always bothered by people who keep old things as decorations and then don't bother to paint them- if it's old then it's worth a coat of paint.

I saw some hillybilly in Indiana a few years ago that had some old wrecked stock car out on the lawn like it was some lawn jockey or pink flamingo. So I made a little comedy routne about it: "I know this guy in Maynardville who has THE Dale Earnhardt car in front of his house!"

Oh well, not that funny I guess- Maybe Verrrry Eeenteresting, but schtuuuuupid!!
