what tubing to use?

hey everyone! what is a commen or a few types of steel tubing to use as for the metal and wall thinkness. looking at building my own fram and just wonder whats being used without going over board. im used to working with 1-2'' 120wall for cars but that seems a little much for a stretched chopper. ill be tig welding everything and using a roller and bender for my shaping of the frame. any advice will help thanks

FWIW Worksman uses 1" 16ga, not positive but I would guess it's 1018 mild steel....but I could be wrong

I am using .065 for my first build and if all goes well the next one will be out of chromoly. Since it is my first frame build I did not want spend the money if it did not work out. So far so good.

right on thanks for the input, and thats a cool link of the build. any more input on the wall thickness and type of metal being used in build will help me fig what ill be using to get my build started. thanks again
