not enough oil! try running it at 25:1 max if you wqnt youe engine to last. personally i run 27:1. this is my priority list for what I'm going to upgrade:
1. 36t hub mounted sprocket (the spoke mounted one has a habit of destroying your wheel causing it to buckle.)
2. gas cap that needs key to open
3. banana pipe
4. performance carb
5. high compression head
6. nice looking grips and clutch handle.
7. upgraded fuel tank
8. reed valve and piston or the new bt100/any other better motors

What to upgrade 1st

1 Suspension fork with BIG disc brakes. Wide open you had it to 47.
2 You need a horn
3 Remove the exhaust baffle. This makes your bike a bit louder. May save your life one day.
4 Get some bike street tires. Even Walmart Goodyear cruiser tires will make your bike handle better. The Maxxis Hookworm are my first choice tire.

Maxxis "Hookworm" tires are a great choice as are other Maxxis selections depends on riding/road conditions. Add a quality tube and liner for whatever tire selection you make. It's what you roll on so the wheel and tire selections are critical, next add quality brakes. Then go crazy with the rest!
