what to get for my zeda frame

SO last summer I picked up one of those zeda bike frames with the built in gas tank.
THIS year I'll actually take that out of the box and get my new ride going.

Just got off live chat with zeda.... seems their zeda 100 is the best advice for me. (Out of stock so I have some time to shop here.)
Note I'm not so much into speed, a modest 22 mph is fine with me. But it has to have some power, there are hills and I am big. FYI my first bike and a cheapo 80cc motor and it did just fine. I had to help it up a few hills but not by much.

Zeda says their electric start won't fit so as nice as that would be, no.

Now my problem with their zeda 100 is this comes as a full kit.
Well I don't need the gas tank, or the rear gear sprocket assembly, and I'd kinda like to upgrade the carb,
please any and all advice on that would be appreciated.
And the stock cheapo exhaust could also stand an upgrade. One with those fat pipes gives more power doesn't it? So what would fit that frame?
Just to show what frame I'm talking about, this one.

So can someone put together a list of exactly what individual parts I would need to hunt down? Or a site where you can just get parts individually? OR.... perhaps it's worth it to just get the whole kit even if half the parts sit in a box. Buy improvements as needed?????
Thoughts?

And please, I beg you. Do NOT post "BikeBerry" links to me. Got ripped off royally from them once and I have no plans to go back.

Ebay has the YD 100 80/100cc engine only for around $150. Shipping was like another $16.
Individual parts are available there too.

Yea I love ebay. But for this I think I'll stick with ordering right from the main site.
This one.

I have been shopping around and don't see any way around ordering the entire kit. And I don't know enough about upgrades yet to know what I want to replace.... I'll just install it as it comes. Worry about improvements later.
Still chatting with several real good paint guys about my design ideas. Probably gonna get paint ordered today as well.
