A friend of mine picked up this little two stroke at a yard sale for $15. The decals are in bad shape but looks like it was built or sold by DR. A long time ago!

The gas tank (under the engine) is cast and has rubber feet under it like you would just set it on a bench and let it run. Anyone ever seen one? Know what it was used for? I set a new carpenter's pencil on the tank so you can get an idea how small it is.

are you sure it dosen't say O-R. olsen&rice motors were used on almost every kind of gadget back in the 50s and 60s. instead of battery powered tools you had O & R powered tools. everything from drills to wheelbarrows had them.

had one 30 yrs ago had a 400watt generator. gave it to a friend with a boat for lights at night. he loved it, used boat gas and no chineeze stuff like that back then.
