What do you guys think? Aluminum frame BMX bike build

The build is going to be a GT Power Series 24" BMX cruiser. It has an aluminum frame and is an extremely light bike. I plan on running a Friction drive set up, either Staton or BMP if they get back up and running soon. I will be using a GP460 with a tuned pipe as the engine. I also plan on using a 1.25 drive spindle.

One concern that I have: Will this vibrate to a point that will be a problem. I have read that aluminum bikes vibrate too much with engines but have no first hand experience. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Joel

I like it!... My plan is to use a aluminum OM Flyer for my next So-Cal racer! ;)

Aluminum frames are fine as long as you mount the engine very solid to the frame!
You shouldn't have any problems with a friction drive!

The aluminum framed bikes usually have problems with the HT engines which mount inside the triangle of the frame. A friction drive should give you no problems.
