Water Restrictions

We have summer water restrictions here--possibly no water on lawns at all --currently in Vernon B.C. you can water lawns only once a week --anyone here got these ?

they water the parks and golf courses here with reclaimed waste water

definition,,,toilet water, without the lumps !!!

We had those for three years during the so called drought. Also during those my basement flooded with rainwater about five times.. I was standing in four inches of water while my wife blared the radio at me about how the rain didn't really help the drought situation.
