I'm just curious if anyone here has had any issues with yahoo accounts in the last month or two. I have not been able to login or change my password for about a week. I thought my account got hacked and then I came across this site Yahoo Mail Customer Service Phone Number | Yahoo Mail Support & Help | Reviews wile trying to find a customer service number and found out I'm not alone. I posted this as a heads-up to anyone here and to see if anyone else has fallen victim. It may just be issues with there system update and will be fixed soon and it may be that they have been hacked. I may be blowing this out of proportion but if you use a yahoo mail account for anything important I suggest you use another email client until this blows over.

And before someone tries to say I got phished I never open mail I'm not expecting.

mY ACCOUNT ALSO WAS COMPROMISED LAST WEEK. i CANNOT log on. My security questions were not valid. I lost all my contacts, etc. Very frustrating! I guess Yahoo sucks.
 
If you are concerned about loosing, for what ever reason, may I suggest Dropbox (its FREE). and a photo sharing site. I back up everything on my computer, except the operating system in Dropbox http://db.tt/u6yG5iS all my photos go to Photobucket... I really don't care for Picasa.
 
My Yahoo account was hacked a year ago. It was sending out ads for Viagra from my account. Fortunately, I erased all messages and contacts from the account before i was locked out.
 
i logged on last week and a message poped up saying, your account has been compromised please reset your pass word. i did and everything has been ok.
