Vortex velocity stack

I've been wanting to build or design something that will legitimately be an upgrade for motorized bicycles and leave my mark on the motorized bicycle world and I think I may have come up with it!

Thanks to my friend's dad (Don) and his position within the company, I am being allowed to use an AI design cad program that Aerojet and JPL laboratories uses to design rocket skirtings and velocity nozzles.( It's the same one that Elon musk uses...) To design a velocity stack that swirls the air causing a vortices to help the flow of air enter the carburetor easier and faster.

Now before you start jumping all over me and telling me that velocity stacks don't work on two stroke engines... I'm here to tell you they do!

We just have to run a few more tests and I will post my findings. I'm going to have the design laid out in a 3D printed vector so I will be able to post it and share it with everyone.

I'm so excited I can barely wait.

This is going to be great. Fingers crossed. It should be ready in a week or so...

I've been trying to learn just the basic functions of this CAD program you need a freaking PhD just to run it!

At this rate it would be easier for me to just draw it on paper... Hmmm.

This is what I've been able to design so far. I know it's not super detailed or anything but this cad program is a lot harder than I ever imagined I'm surprised that I gotten this far. .

Exactly but with some built-in sort of aerodynamicity to cause the air to swirl as it enters the throat of the carburetor so is to give it a tornado effect.

I'm going to have a friend print out a velocity stack with those fins and see how that plays. Kind of like the picture but more aligned and honed in.

And I definitely have an idea for the air filters. The spiked intakes for a motorcycle velocity stack if you look at the inside of them they've got this little cone pointing down to the throat of the carburetor and what that does is that causes of vortex and to be drawn around that cone and it supercharges the air current.

I don't see why that can't be implemented in a air filter on one of these motorbikes. It would make a lot of sense because you're just drawing from a flat bottom cylinder then a cone delineator. I'll try to find that diagram and show you what I'm talking about.

What I'm talking about would just be a small piece of plastic in the upper part of the air filter. The first one is the spiked air filter and how it looks inside and the second one is basically what the other one would look like just with a shorter and fatter delineator. I guarantee you this would cure a lot of air flow problems and cause the bike to run smoother. And you would have the benefit of the filter.

And to be honest with you guys it's easier to print this out on a 3D printer then it is to try to even use that CAD program.

That cad program has fluid dynamics and aerodynamicity tests and all that kind of stuff built into it...

But it's easier just to build it and do it by hand than to try to learn all of that and remember what does what..

And the setup on it is just incredible having to set all the parameters for an 80cc motorized bicycle with a 42 mm piston and a blah blah blah this and blah blah blah that and blah blah blah and you got to describe everything around it for it to even understand. It's for building rocketry and it's just too complicated. All your measurements and spatial orientation must be precise.
